It was the special desire of our Lord Jesus Christ, revealed to Blessed Margaret Mary, that the first Friday of each month be consecrated to the devotion to and adoration of His most Sacred Heart.
Exposition and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament follows the 8:00 AM Mass at St. Joseph Church on the First Friday of each month. Adoration will continue throughout the day. 12:00 PM: Angelus and Daytime Prayer 3:00 PM: Divine Mercy Chaplet 5:00 PM: Evening Prayer (Vespers) Concludes with Benediction and Reposition prior to the 7:00 PM Rosary.
Please take advantage of this powerful, grace-filled day of devotion. This is a peaceful and prayerful time and is open to everyone. Please commit to a half hour of prayer at any time during the time and then join us as we pray the Rosary.
Making Reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
In the Nine First Fridays Devotion
“Behold this Heart which has so loved men that it has spared nothing, even to exhausting and consuming itself in order to testify to its love! And in return, I receive from the greater part only ingratitude, by their irreverence and sacrilege, and by the coldness and contempt they have for Me in this Sacrament of Love. …
“I feel this more than all that I suffered during My Passion. If only they would make Me some return for My Love, I should think but little of all I have done for them and would wish, were it possible, to suffer still more. But the sole return they make for all My eagerness to do them good is to reject Me and treat Me with coldness. Do you at least console Me by supplying for their ingratitude, as far as you are able.”

Making Reparation to the Immaculate Heart of Mary In the Five First Saturdays Devotion
“Look, My daughter, at My Heart, surrounded with thorns with which ungrateful men pierce Me at every moment by their blasphemies and ingratitude. Do you, at least, try to console Me and announce in My name that I promise to assist at the moment of death, with all the graces necessary for salvation, all those who, on the first Saturday of five consecutive months shall confess, receive Holy Communion, recite five decades of the Rosary, and keep Me company for fifteen minutes while meditating on the fifteen mysteries of the Rosary, with the intention of making reparation to Me.”
